Forward-Deployed Engineer · I take an unclear idea, workflow, or dataset to a first useful product, then improve it with real use.
I work best when a team has a useful but unclear starting point: a new product,
a messy workflow, a decision that needs better data, or an agent system that has
to work safely with real people and tools.
Selected work:
- Real Estate Leasing Engine — the specific workflow running on Mobius: a measurable outreach → inquiry → tour → application → signed lease path.
- Mobius Frameworks — a meta-architecture I built for deploying agents, modules, and workspaces. It gives visibility into what each agent does, scoped permissions, approval gates, and operating cadences.
- Energy Scout — a homeowner solar/battery decision tool built from utility-rate and incentive data: https://energyscout.org
I'm looking for to work with mission driven engaged people who are doing interesting things that have a positive impact on the world. Roles shape might include Product Engineer, Applied AI Engineer, Agent product development, Business Operations/analyst, or selective Forward-Deployed Engineer work with teams building great products and processes.
Forward-Deployed Engineer. I work on unclear, real-world problems and build small systems that show whether the work changed the outcome. My loop: get the real data, find the bottleneck, ship a measured intervention, verify what happened, then reuse what held up.
Examples:
- Built and deployed the same leasing test at two apartment buildings: Facebook reel creative → trackable landing page → CRM follow-up → occupancy timeline. Both properties now have a repeatable system for measuring what's working.
- Energy Scout: solar/battery/quote decision tools for homeowners using real utility and incentive data.
- Agent workflow systems across personal machines and VPS/cloud environments: model routing, approvals, task contracts, and artifact-based delivery using Claude Code, Codex, and Hermes.
Background in engineering, sustainability, and product design. I'm strongest where the problem is still partly undefined, the work touches the real world, and the right answer is some mix of research, software, systems thinking, and fast testing. Open to teams working in energy, housing, climate, AI tools, infrastructure, or anything else where this way of working would be useful.

Full-stack engineer with ML background. I've independently shipped three
production platforms — a solar energy data platform (energyscout.org),
a systematic ML trading system (bitcoinmachinelearning.com), and a real
estate investment tool (propfi.live). Engineering design background from
Cal Poly, supplemented with data science coursework from MIT and Stanford.
Looking for early-stage teams (seed to Series A) where I can own
significant surface area and build things that matter in the real world —
energy, climate, ag, fintech, or anywhere software meets physical systems.
Remote: Preferred
Willing to relocate: SF Bay Area / California for the right team
Technologies: Python, SQL, web products, APIs, LLM/tool workflows
