I’m Juraj, an engineering manager with 12+ years of software engineering experience and 5 years in engineering management. Most recently, I led KAYAK’s iOS and Android organization.
My background is fairly broad: I started in backend/web development, moved into iOS engineering and architecture, and eventually into engineering leadership. I’ve worked on everything from technical strategy and multi-year platform migrations to hiring, performance, team growth, and improving engineering effectiveness.
I’m looking for a remote Senior EM / Director / Head of Engineering role, ideally at a technically ambitious company. I’m particularly interested in product engineering, AI, developer tools and infrastructure, but I’m not tied to mobile.

I liked the comparison and expectations based on the source material as I have never read Homer's Odyssey. If anything, the movie inspired me to read The Odyssey.
