Technically, this clock is either always right (if you load the page at noon/midnight) or always wrong. It's unlikely to get be right twice a day.

A stopped clock is right twice a day for a duration of 0 seconds. A correct digital clock showing seconds is right 86,400 times a day for a duration of 0 seconds.

So it is 2 x 0 = 0 versus 86,400 x 0 = 0

Looks the same to me!


Except Caesium clocks, which are the definition of time as we measure it.
