I’d read that Noise Cancelling headphones can be an issue.
As can Stress be a cause.
The Noise Cancelling Headphones I have stopped using. The stress on my dealing with :-/
It used to come and go, but now it seems to be with me all the time.
My hearing is otherwise perfect.
