returned wrong results; traced it to competing sources of truth between
location path segments and query refinements, replaced both with a single
contract, and rebuilt the URL hierarchy to map city → area → community →
building. Organic sessions to search pages rose 7%, core listing pages
moved up two pages in Google within a month.
Built Complytude, a multi-tenant legal compliance SaaS. Tenant
isolation enforced in Postgres via row-level security with tenant-scoped
session context, so it doesn't depend on application code remembering to
filter. Event-driven RAG pipeline on BullMQ + Redis.
Also set the founding architecture for an ERP platform sold as SaaS, then
hired and led the four engineers who built it. AWS Certified Solutions
